When it’s hard and you can’t do any more, just do one more thing.
Once you’ve done that thing then stop.
Go and have a break or regenerate or rejuvenate and don’t worry about the end of the world.
It’s a bit like getting back on the horse or the bike after you’ve fallen off, just do a little bit more and then sit down.
