Comfort

In our practice, in our working space with our working community we talk about ‘celebrating for 10 seconds’.

When something good happens, we celebrate for a minute and then move on.

Seeking out the comfort that you think you want for extended periods of time needs the stagnation and frustration and the death of things.

Comfort, at least comfort for an extended period is a fallacy.

Life lives in adventure and stretch and being outside your comfort zone in places that you’ve never been and never seen with people that you didn’t yet know.

Anything else is a slow death where nobody benefits, and nothing moves on.

It’s ok to be comfortable for a short while, then it’s time to move on.
