Bootcamp Part 3 - The Why

We introduced the Dental Entrepreneurial Bootcamp in the first two blogs and discussed the 'what' and the 'how'.

In this final part of the introduction to this new and innovative course by The Campbell Academy, I want to discuss the 'why'.

Anyone who has attended any lectures and dental business I have provided or any of our previous courses will know that I put great effort into understanding why you are here and your vision for the future.

I do not understand how people can continue to get out of bed without knowing why they get out of bed and what for.

And so, it's essential that we set out the why of this course but the course itself is embedded in the why you decide to have.

Why you want to have a dental business, why you want to have a dental career, why you want to upscale or improve your own dental business.

It doesn't really matter why that is, it's just important to know what your why is.

We feel the time is right, and it is really important to introduce this course moving forward because we see so many people that we speak to as a group in different places and different spaces and different courses who are struggling to cope with the ever-increasing speed and demands of building a dental career, building a dental business or managing a dental practise.

It's fine to buy the newest technology in the market and to bring it into your practice. But suppose the infrastructure around your practice, the operations, the team, the financial management, the marketing and the sales are all to hell. In that case, you can have all the fancy equipment you want, but you'll never have a patient, dental nurse, or receptionist to use it for and use it with.

It's time that we woke up and realised that dentists are trained to be technicians who provide dentistry, and unless we are resigned to all of us working for large, all-seeing organisations, if we are true to our beliefs that we want independent practice to survive and thrive, there is a whole new skill set we will need to learn and learn formally.

The Dental Entrepreneurial Bootcamp is a pathway to that.

It allows you to investigate your own practice, to investigate your own circumstances and to learn from a group of coaches and a group of people who are happy to steer you in the direction that you want to go to share ideas, hopes and thoughts that will allow you to write your clear plan for the next three years and once you're done, you'll be in a much better place. You can come back again and write the plan again.

If you want to be part of this revolution in dental business education, then click here for a chat.

This will be hard work.

Make no mistake that you will not get the value and the benefits of this without the work that you will have to put in, but if you are keen to be involved in this hugely exciting project, then click here, and we might see you in March.

We are now accepting bookings, so don't miss out! Book your space on the new Dental Entrepreneurial Bootcamp!
