There is a meme that my kids love, where a crazy kid puts two spoons over their face and says “Oh I didn’t see you there… I was just here blocking out the haters”

It’s becoming more and more of a thing, or so it appears from what I hear and what I see when I’m drawn into that world, where people do crazy things, get ‘outed’ on social media and then block the people out.

Man, this is so like the playground it’s crazy.

“She said she’s not speaking to you anymore”!!

It’s dead simple to block people on social media and I can tell you the trick now…

Shut the laptop or put your phone down. There is an off switch for all electrical things and it’s controlled by your own hands.

Live by the sword, die by the sword though.

If you want to wrestle with the pigs in s*** then you’d better expect you’re going to stink after a little while but the pigs will still love it.

If you could see past the end of your nose, just a little bit further down the line you’ll realise that the death of social media will come and you played the short term game.

Block out the haters if you must but best not to engage with them in the first place.
