One of the big problems we have at the Clinic if we want to develop unit four and move on will be car parking.
For two years, we've been looking (not so hard) but trying to find a solution and speak to people, but there's nothing close by that looks like it would ever be helpful for that, so we have to be more creative.
And then, on my way to work, I noticed there was a sign put up on a piece of land quite close by that's for sale that would be perfect for a car park.
We haven't bought this and might not get it, but the point is that all of a sudden, the solution arises, but it's never really all of a sudden, is it?
We can afford to buy it, but that's taken quite a long time to get there, and we have the infrastructure to move, the developing products, the business, and all the stuff that falls into place, which means we might need another car park.
All of a sudden has taken years to get there.
All of a sudden is an overnight success which took loads and loads of work and decisions and sacrifices.
All of a sudden is never really all of a sudden.
