Last week Grace and I were having a conversation about people who suffer from anxiety and stress and how that might be dealt with.
Grace told me that she thought I was really clever because I seemed to have mastered my anxiety through reading and listening and understanding and developing personal strategies to make me feel better when things are difficult.
It was worth explaining to her that I haven’t, I’ve just learnt to walk with it.
