From time to time, when you have an abundance mentality and you’re keen to give things away you have to re-assess the people who are taking the things you’re giving and see whether you’re getting an abundance mentality back
Week by week I feel the emails asking for things from us, from me, things that I’ve created that I’ve said I’ll give away that more and more it’s time to assess who’s asking for those things to make sure that what they give back in return is at least of some value.
It’s simple enough that that could be a situation where you feel you’re helping someone be a better practitioner, which is helping patients overall and that might be enough, but when you’re repeatedly asked for favours and you can see the people who are taking them going in a direction that you don’t like then it seems that they’re being more of a drain than a radiator (Ed Sheeran song for the inspiration)
