Six days here, much of it on my own. Time to experience things that I've never seen and to be places where I may never be again and to meet people that I have never met and to make friends who may last a lifetime or may not, but mostly time to reframe, to stop, to check, to make sure I'm travelling in the right direction to make sure I am doing the things I said I would and being the person I promised I would be, a chance to take a long, hard look.
There are things to change and a better way to be.
There is a person I want to be that I am not quite yet, and trips like this allow me to stop and reframe, to start from scratch again, and to try and be a little bit better tomorrow and the day after.
Extraordinary life-changing experiences, just life-changing in ways that you might not expect.
