A little help...

Colin Campbell

It's not often that I put two blog posts out in a day, but this is an important one.

Over the past seven weeks I have sat ‘on the panel’ of several webinars and provided several webinars of my own under invitation from other people to try to help spread the information that’s coming out in relation to Dentistry and COVID-19.

This week my attention turns to talking to people who are in our little circle, who are closer to us and who have worked with us before.

On Wednesday evening we’ll host a small little discussion group with our Peer Review group and local Referring Practitioners about what things are like in Nottingham and what we can do.

That is not a lecture, it is a Peer Review discussion group sharing information. There will be people on that group who’ve worked in UTC’s, there will be people from other countries who can give experience that they’ve heard from those places and there will be the next group experienced from different sources of information.

Who knows what might happen with that, it might go here it might go there and it might go nowhere but it will not be a frantic land grab or anxiety promoting discussion to push forward anyone else's interests.

If you fit into that group of local practitioners with us in our area or part of our Peer Review or G8 group then email me back and I’ll send you the link.

Before that at 2pm on Wednesday we’ll do another Zoom hangout basically for people that read the blog and for Campbell Academy tribe members.

Anyone is welcome to that and it will be the same sort of format but just spread with a slightly wider net.

If you’re from Nottingham you can attend one or the other, if you’re not Nottingham it’s probably best if you attend the 2pm Zoom hangout.

Tomorrow, the links for the meetings will go on the Facebook pages and you can come and join in.

It’s fine just to listen, it’s also fine to contribute, it’s fine to send information beforehand.

Round about a year ago I launched the build project to our local Dental Practitioners and talked about collaboration and the future of Dentistry.

Crazy that I was looking into the future that I couldn’t see and understanding that collaboration is the most important thing to get us through to the other side of this crisis.

Perhaps see you on Wednesday.
