In March this year, we launch the next edition of the ITI Digital Dental Entrepreneurial Program.
This is our digital business course in conjunction with the ITI, which is advertised globally for dentists worldwide to come along and spend six weeks with us, learning about running their business and how they would like their business to be years from now.
It covers all the topics I have often talked about, including vision, values, mission, finance, marketing, sales, HR, leadership, and strategic thinking, together with planning the outlined aspects of your business for the next three years.
The course is an extremely innovative digital course by our own design, which has a week of onboarding, followed by modules running for four weeks every half week in different subjects with lectures and tutorials and interactive peer-to-peer learning on our Slack platform.
At the end, that is a catch-up week, and there are also two Zoom hangouts for the whole group where we talk about what they hope to get and then focus on what they might have gotten.
For my money and for those working in dental practice, dental business is the only way to reduce the overwhelm and to try to make life a little bit better as you drink from the firehose of information that comes from living in the world that we live in.
Buying something digital to speed up you or your dental nurse or a new handpiece just won't cut it; understanding how to organise yourself and organise all the work that needs to be done is, at least for my money, the best way to a happier existence.
As part of the lead-up to this course, we're running an open house Zoom call and question-and-answer session with a little bit of content on Wednesday, the 14th of February, at 6:30 p.m. GMT.
We'll have different people from different places on this, and it will also be recorded, so if you would like to attend, just hit the link here to email us, and we'll get in touch with you to make sure that you are on the call.
Similarly, if you'd like a copy of it afterwards, just reply to this email and ask me for it.
But if you're interested in attending a discussion about whether the course may be for you or not, or you would just like to watch other people have that discussion, then why not come along?
I hope to see you then if you're interested.
As one or two other resources related to this, the web page for the course is here but also the blogs that I did at Christmas about dental business here.
