In a recent Harvard Business Review article on the qualities of leadership of successful leaders in successful organisations, speed of decision-making was one of the most important tools for a leader in a great place.

Objectively, the article estimates that really good leaders only need 65% of the information available to make a decision, along with trusted allies.

Only 65%.

As soon as you get past that, you're chasing the law of diminishing returns.
