2. 10 Reasons why I’m writing a blog – published 10.10.2011

This was the first real proper effort in writing a blog; it took a couple of weeks from the first one that was published as this was on the 10^th October 2011.

This is one that I have re read myself many times and actually re posted previously. I love it. Every time I read it the reasons are still exactly the same. Perhaps I would now add a number 11 which would be ‘because it’s a diary to myself’ because it’s an amazing experience to go back through these (if a little cringe worthy) to see what I was writing six years ago.

1. I like blogs.
2. I think it is quite cool to have a blog.
3. I read/get inspired by other people's blogs (ie Chris barrow and Seth Godin to name two)
4. I love reading other people's stories.
5. I think I have a story to tell.
6. I hope a few people would like to read that too (optimistic)
7. It might help me connect with more people who have things in common with me.
8. I think I will learn from it (I like learning)
9. What's the worst thing that could happen?
10. Because I can.
