(Chris Barrow taught me this years ago)

When the scouts come into the supermarket and to the end of the checkout to raise a little bit of money and they start packing your bags.

If you’re lucky you’ll get a 3 bagger, that's the one who has a separate bag for frozen and for fridge and for groceries and packs faster than the checkout assistant can get the food down.

You might get a 2 bagger who uses two different bags and packs just about as fast with a smile on their face or you might get a 1 bagger with no smile and one bag, who has a big trail of groceries lying their unpacked and you have to help them.

You can’t have an organisation full of 3 baggers, you have to have a mix of 3 and 2 but the 1 baggers have to go somewhere else.
