There is no fast track way to learn implant dentistry quickly and be any good.

If you are starting from scratch it would be useful to develop a 5 year program to get you to 50 implants per year or more in a secure and competent way; to allow this to be sustainable for the rest of your career. Forget what happened years ago to the guys that started in the 90’s and early 00’s, the environment is entirely different. The time, energy and financial recourses that are required to be invested in an implant career are not insignificant. When we discuss entry onto our Year Implant Course with delegates who are looking to start their journey in implant dentistry we make this very clear, that there is a pathway beyond the year course to advanced and complex implant dentistry which must be paid attention to. The only person who can decide whether this time is valuable, available and whether it is worth spending is you.
