In many aspects of our lives we get to make the rules.
What we eat.
How much we sleep.
How much we drink.
How much we exercise.
Who we associate with.
Where we work (for most people).
Who we marry.
Who we don’t marry…
You get the picture.
We set our own rules and then we get to stick to the rules (or not).
Much of the time when we find ourselves in positions that we don’t like, it’s because we didn’t play by the (our) rules.
