The problem with businesses that focus entirely on profit as the metric is that they’ll take anything to make the metric.
Understanding that you are not for everyone and that they are not for you is difficult and hard to action and counter intuitive.
Achieve it though, and you’re on the path to building something better.
Choosing partners who are able to look after the people that you can’t and shouldn’t is a wonderful way to build collaboration and business where more and more people win.
