The last part of this series of integration of education is about the future innovations that we're planning at The Campbell Academy to tie up with the pathway for implant education.

This is twofold.

The first is to add courses where things are missing, and the first is soft tissue education.

We intend to position a two-day course between year one and year two to allow people coming out of straightforward implant dentistry and into advanced implant dentistry to properly get their hands-on soft tissue management, and we intend to provide this with our Periodontist, Rajan Nansi.

This will be a two-day course on animal models (pigs heads) where you will learn to do connective tissue grafts and free epithelial grafts and other soft tissue flaps and suturing and planning and all the stuff you need to take that back to make the outcomes of your implant dentistry better.

As part of this, Chris Mason and our friends at Hu-Friedy have been so kind to provide us with 17 extraordinary Campbell Academy soft tissue kits, and we have everything else in the clinic to make that one of the best courses in soft tissue that you can imagine.

Second, we will also move soft tissue education to a higher level. Daniele Cardaropoli is coming next year to provide the first of our world-class master classes in soft tissue management.

You can also get some soft tissue management experience from Rony Jung in his master class.

The next stream of education that we're innovating is business education.

This year, the ITI saw what we were doing for business education online and face-to-face and decided that they would like to take it to 100 countries.

We've redesigned The Campbell Academy online business course with the ITI, and we'll be launching the first pilot for that course later in the year as a newly badged digital dental entrepreneurial programme in conjunction with the ITI (powered by The Campbell Academy).

We've redesigned the course and rerecorded everything, so this course will move forwards over six weeks to give you a foundation for business education that will allow you to plan your practice to move forward for the next three years.

We've also redesigned the business course itself.

This will now become a boot camp business course over five days from Monday to Friday, including working dinners each evening, which will be hugely intensive, rewarding, and fulfilling.

The point of this course is that you'll walk out of the end with a three-year plan (you may wish to add to that framework over the following years, but you'll have everything you need to take your business forward).

It stops you from having to take a year out of work.

It stops you from having to attend here six times.

It's one working week, one hit, one extraordinary amount of information and resources.

We feel this is essential because one of the biggest things people can't implement after they implant education is how to take the business aspects into their practice.

The ITI has seen that and realised that some of the most significant growths in their membership through 100 countries and 36 sections would be to help them with business education moving forwards.

The interest in this is already incredible.

This is just a teaser, something that comes out there for me to let you know how we're innovating and developing further parts of our education at The Academy.

We already have the online nurse's course, which is an extraordinary course for nurses by nurses and the online implant restorative course, which is your starting point and introduction to implant dentistry.

There will be more to follow as we move on through this framework, but for now, that's what we've got regarding integration education.

I hope you might find the time to come and see us and visit us.

The tribe of people who attend here are wonderful, and everybody's always moving forward; one of the most exciting places to be.

See you soon.
