Experience shows me that the narrative that I create frames my life in the way I feel almost all of the time.
I’m in control of the narrative, of writing the story behind the events that are happening to me.
I can say ‘unfair’ or ‘wrong’ or ‘stress’ or ‘doom’ or ‘death’.
On the other hand I can dress things up as a challenge and an adventure, as a journey to a place that I don’t know, travelling in ways that I haven’t yet found out.
The way we creatively write our narrative and spent effort and time doing this defines everything and changes everything about the way we see the world.
