My friends are over from Switzerland these 2 days, Martin and Katalina from ITI HQ who I've worked with for the last 2 years.
They've come for a 'summit meeting' to discuss the next two years' strategy for the ITI Academy and all its development.
We're in a meeting discussing someone that we all know, and Katalina describes him as chaotic. She says, he's got great ideas, sometimes can't verbalise them enough, trusts people a lot, lets them get on with their work, usually brings things together. And then I realised that was me - a chaotic, probably a phrase I'll use to describe myself when I introduce myself to people for the rest of my life.
Not everyone's character is the same, and definitely most people see the world through individualistic eyes, seeing a different picture than the person next to them, but perhaps not understanding that the person next to them is different.
The best thing you can do is understand that. I'm a chaotic person, but I understand that you might not be, but perhaps together we can do great things.
