Where does your level sit?
Which level of job is beneath you, beneath your position, too degrading for someone of your standing to carry out?
Many people use efficiency and effectiveness as a shield to hide behind arrogance and ego.
If you’re not prepared to unblock the bog then never ask anyone else to do it either.
Leadership starts by example.
The best leaders I ever knew started at the bottom and worked their way up so, everybody knew there was no job too small for them therefore no job too small for anyone else.
