Building a system on a digital platform that allows you to automate the system without any human contact to avoid variations in the experience and to provide consistency is a very clever way of scaling a business to maximum revenue.
There’s nothing human about that though.
Building a business or a system that relies on human engagement and removes the digital element from the face-to-face contact so, making people feel like human beings instead of data input technicians is unlikely to scale heavily but is massively gratifying and rewarding.
Marrying both together in the perfect mix to build an organization or a business that maximizes the digital element in order to allow the humans to maximise the human element….
…That would be clever if anyone could manage to pull that off.
