2 ways to tell a story

The first way is to frighten people and tell them that the outcome will be terrible if they don't do something.

Second, an alternative way is to try to build a connection with people: "Together, if we work, we can make this better".

The first one is more urgent and immediate, getting results much quicker, but it's shallow.

A lot of people made a lot of money this way during the pandemic, but they don't make the same money now.

The second way is longer lasting, kinder, deeper; it's a thing that lasts for ages.

It's the community that you build that helps you when times are tough.

We all have a choice of which way to jump, but we can't do both at once.
