My name is Aoife, and I am the Practice Manager, and my name is Tony and I'm a General Dentist at Renmore Dental.

We do a lot of clinical courses and a lot of courses that are specifically aimed at the dental aspect of the industry and the clinical aspects but the weakness in these courses is that there is no involvement of the business side of Dentistry and that's why we wanted to attend the course.

I think the course has been excellent. I think it's really highlighted areas where we have deficiencies in knowledge when it comes to dentistry. It's probably highlighted more areas where there are things, we didn't even know we didn't know, and it's really shown where we need to work on.

The course has helped us because we've implemented things from day one which have helped us along with our patient journey.

I would recommend this course to all General Dental Practitioners because the things we learned are relevant on a day-to-day basis.

I'd recommend the course to any Practice Managers of dental practices as it benefited me to be able to tie all the aspects of management together.
