Terms and Conditions

CLUBHOUSE MEMBERSHIP – KEY TERMS

1. Membership Structure

Clubhouse is an ongoing membership designed to support dentists through continued learning, mentorship, and community engagement.

It is not a one-off course or fixed-duration program.


2. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want joining Clubhouse to feel safe and considered.

    • You may cancel your membership within 14 days of your start date for a full refund, provided you notify us in writing.
    • This applies to both monthly and annual payment options.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

After the 14-day period has passed, refunds are no longer available.


3. Minimum Commitment (3 Months)

To ensure members have adequate time to engage with the platform, settle in, and experience its full value:

    • All memberships begin with a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
    • During this initial period, membership cannot be cancelled.
    • This applies regardless of payment method.

If you choose to pay annually upfront, your 12-month term automatically satisfies this minimum commitment.


4. Ongoing Membership & Cancellation

After the initial 3-month commitment:

    • Monthly memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis.
    • You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
    • Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

No further payments will be taken after cancellation.


5. Annual Memberships

For annual (pay upfront) memberships:

    • Payment covers a full 12-month term.
    • Annual memberships are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period.
    • Cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the 12 months but does not trigger a partial refund.

6. Complimentary or Promotional Access

Where complimentary or promotional access is provided (e.g. trial periods or delegate access):

    • Access is time-limited and does not automatically convert into a paid membership unless explicitly stated.
    • You will be informed in advance if payment is required to continue.
    • No payment details are taken unless you choose to proceed.

7. Changes to Pricing

Founding Member pricing and promotional rates are offered to a limited group for a limited time.

Standard pricing applies to new members once these periods close.

Your membership price will never increase during an active paid term.


8. Fair Use & Community Conduct

All members are expected to engage respectfully and professionally, contribute in good faith, encourage constructive and inclusive discussion, and respect the diversity of backgrounds, opinions, and experiences.

Harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, disruptive behaviour, misinformation, spam, excessive self-promotion, and sharing confidential information without consent are not permitted.

Failure to comply with these standards may result in suspension or cancellation of membership, without refund where applicable, and removal from the community at our discretion. Re-entry may not be permitted.

Participation in this community implies agreement with these terms.
