Non-ethical sales training

There are a few things we need to list in the non-ethical sales training course before we decide to design and deliver it.

  1. Never ever be genuine.
  2. Try to mislead patients or clients at all times.
  3. Be entirely opaque. Never tell them the rules or the cost; change the goalposts as much as you can.
  4. Never listen to complaints, push people back, make them think it's their fault, never talk to them directly, and have the staff talk to them.
  5. Make it very difficult to contact you after you've taken the money off people.
  6. Never engage with people who've ever had a problem; it's too expensive.
  7. Cut out all human contact as much as you can.
  8. Try to get money off patients before they come online without any contract.
  9. Provide a shit product, but pretend it isn't.
  10. Don't guarantee things, that's just expensive.
  11. Lie as much as you can.
  12. Do not share personal information with your clients, it only makes it harder for you to turn them over and stitch them up.

Once we've designed that course, all we need to do is plug it into Chat-GPT and ask it to reverse it, and then we have everything we need to be a brilliant sales force in an ethical world.
