I was riding my bike with Louis this morning.

He's in front of me, 30 ft ahead, sits up, hands off the handlebars, fixes his glasses, and puts them on, hands back on the bars.

Looks really cool that lots of really good cyclists can do it. They learn to do it when they're a boy or younger when it doesn't seem like a risk.

I never really learned to do it.

When I picked a bike back up again later in my years, it was too much of a risk for me to do it. What if I fall off? There is too much to lose; keep your hands on your bars; don't look cool.

When we're younger, we learn to take risks in different parts of our lives, and then they don't feel like risks anymore. They become normal.

If you still feel like taking risks, take them now, learn now, and get out of your comfort zone. Later, you'll wish you'd learned those habits.
