In 11 weeks time, the Outlaw Half Triathlon will take place in Nottingham at the Watersports Centre.
This is an amazing event which I raced in last year which involves a 1.2 mile open water swim, 56 mile bike ride and a half marathon.
When entries opened last year in September they sold out within 8 hours and The Karen Green Foundation has 8 charity places left which are available for £130.
