It's possible to try to get to all of these things the quick way, the crash, the pill or the "spend to achieve".
There's no depth in the shortcut and the view from the long way round is incredible (if you look up to see it).

weight - 13st 5lbs (85kg) - 12lbs off my aspirational race weight for July.
Waist - 38.5 inches. Time to get to work on this properly now.
Chest 39, is it reducing or am I measuring badly, the latter I suspect.
BP - 128/78 pulse - 68. Trained early so pure and BP slightly up, good though.
CTL - 47.7 - this is amazing and ahead of where I would have hoped. End Jan target of 59 very close.
Finally the photo. The blog photo is week 3 of my face in the Sab. Wore the wrong top today so lack of consistency. No changes yet I don't think.
