Online onboarding, then five intensive days

An online introduction that sets the tone and logistics, access to the course Slack to meet fellow delegates and faculty, and Module 1 (Vision Setting) to lay the foundation before the onsite days.

Complete Vision Setting — using 'Start With Why' to build a compelling mission and strategy. Then begin Finance: key metrics, retrospective vs prospective analysis and forecasting, associate models and the financial levers that drive performance.

Finish Finance with hands-on creation of your own financial dashboard. Then Marketing: brand, word-of-mouth, digital essentials (website, SEO, reputation, email), paid and social, and how to control campaigns by budget, team, metrics and ROI.

Sales and CRM — pricing for profit, the consultation and the role of the treatment coordinator, follow-up and conversion metrics. Then HR & Leadership: leadership styles, the employee handbook, recruitment, appraisals and performance management.

Complete HR & Leadership, then Strategy: planning for continuous improvement using PEST, competitor and SWOT analysis — building toward the comprehensive business plan you'll present.

Refine and present your strategic plan — consolidating the week into a tangible, actionable blueprint ready to implement in your practice straight away.
