Leadership and strategy are generally the same thing, with strategy being a little bit of the formalisation of where the leadership wants to go.
Deciding who you are and why you’re there, what your model is for making money, how you’re going to tell people about the problems that you’ll solve though they’ll pay you to do that and putting the team together to help you, all leads to the point where you need to be able to run the show in the direction that you want it to go.
Allegedly 90% of all businesses don’t follow any form of strategy even if they’ve set it.

It’s really not so difficult. The hardest part is sticking to the plan in spite of all the influences that try to pull you in every other direction.
Leadership is merely the instance that you follow the strategy that you’ve decided.
We cover this in our year-long business course and our digital business course so if you think this is something you would like to sign up for, please take a look!
