Who is this course for?
If you’re looking to take the next step and to make your business better and to work smarter, not harder, this is where to find it. This is NOT an implant course (more info on that here) and is rather a course designed to build a successful dental business plan in the UK. It's designed for a Practice Principle to attend alongside their Practice Manager or another member of their team. However, it is also possible for you to bring different members of your team depending on what specific module it is.
About the course...
Dentistry and dental practice in the UK has changed out of all recognition in the last five to ten years. The skills and attributes required to successfully run an independent dental practice in the UK are now varied and diverse and few individuals will ever possess all of the skills available. This course attempts to put into perspective and to clarify much of the skill and information required for success in the coming years. You will walk away with a structured and detailed dental business plan to drive your business forwards.
Over six two-day modules, The Campbell Academy will present topics, speakers, practical exercises and material to assist Principals and Practice Managers to improve their business surroundings, business thinking and teams to be prepared to grow their practices further in the future. The course includes access to an online discussion forum and four detailed online exercises to be carried out in between course modules.
