This week, we travelled to Germany on Monday morning to attend meetings on Monday and Tuesday and then back on Wednesday to chair a governor's meeting at the Alternative Provision School, where I chair governors.

I've been sharing the first two modules of the Digital Dental Entrepreneurial Program and the Online Implant Restorative Course, respectively.

It means that while I was travelling, I was also coaching both of those modules, the first ones on both of those courses, but the way the courses are set up digitally does allow me to do that.

I realised, as I was scrolling through things today in my shed after I'd had a little bike ride, that the greatest part of these courses is the fact that people are talking about the subjects.

The guys on the Online Implant Restorative Course are beginning their journey in implant dentistry and discussing the pros and cons of implant dentistry in their practices and the concepts of what's going on.

They're discussing and debating different treatment options for different cases that we set in the first module, and it's wonderful to see the conversation taking place, just dipping in and out very briefly, mainly to congratulate people.

The conversations on the other channel, just a click away on the Digital Dental Entrepreneurial Program, are amazing at all levels and in all sorts of different directions.

But most importantly, there is a group of 50-odd people on this course who are talking to each other about dental business and putting aside time to think about where their business is going in the next three years that they wouldn't have ever got to because they would have been too busy.

It's about accountability, isn't it?

It's about holding yourself accountable for the work that you're going to do.

In about eight weeks, we will start the process of onboarding people onto the first edition of our Year Three Implant Course.

We have three places left on that course (it's been a hugely successful launch for us)>

Three people will get to immerse themselves in complex implant dentistry and be able to take themselves to a place in implant dentistry that they've never been before.

Sharing the journey with a group of people, like-minded individuals on a course that is designed to get you from here to there.
The content for the course is fabulous (I would say that).

But it's more than that, isn't it? It's committing and holding yourself accountable for sharing your experiences and your learning with other people to be better a year from now.

Three places left.

Click here; see you just before Christmas.
