All of my adult life I’ve been obsessed with motivation.
Trying to find a spark to start me training or working or digging deeper here or making the best of that.
Lately I’ve realised that I’ve had things the wrong way round.
Start things first, then look for the motivation.
Waiting for perfect circumstances and a perfect mindset and an ideal scenario is a fools game.
It’s like writers block, whenever you get writers block or your version of writers block, just write.
