I always return back to this: the lyrics to Everybody's Free (To Wear Sunscreen) by Baz Luhrmann.
"The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind, the kind that blindsides you at 4 p.m. on some idle Tuesday".
When I'm sitting around, my brain is playing tricks on me, and I start to find something I need to be concerned about when there is nothing else to be concerned about at the moment or at least nothing of real note. I remember what Luhrmann said.
The real things that we have to worry about are things we never know about until they come, and then they're here, and then we wish we were back to where we were sitting, idly trying to find something to worry about.
