99 times out of 100, the reason you are annoyed or frustrated or want to shout or want to pull someone up for being “stupid” is because the system either you or someone else has set is wrong.
If you’re in a position to design the system or be in control of the design of the system, it is always worth remembering that.
Failure to design the system properly puts human beings head to head, which is unfair when the designer of the system let them down.
