Most of what I talk about this week will centre around my trip to Nice, what I did at the weekend, Louis's pursuit of qualification for the World Ironman Championship, and the stories around that.
But before that, one of the main things I learned, one of the main things I remembered, is, it's not that there is a road ahead of us that's clear and that we should always take; it's that there are billions of roads ahead of us like a Doctor Strange multiverse.
The problem is not that we don't have any opportunities; the problem is deciding which opportunities to take in a world where we drink from a fire hose of information daily telling us we should go this way or that.
The key skill is to pick a route and stick to it; that's where the joy is.
It's focus. Isn't it?
That's where there is peace, and that's where there is achievement.
That's the route to take.
