The real problems are the ones that you never ever thought about before they occurred.
The ones which broadside you on an idle Tuesday afternoon (as Baz Luhrmann told us).
It's when you're worrying about something trivial that you think is important, and then someone ups the stakes and says actually, try worrying about this instead.
Almost all of us have been through a situation where that has happened to us where we are concerned about something here or there, and then the real problem shows itself, and everything else falls away.
You realise your life was nearly perfect until that moment.
Most of the time we overcome these situations and we come through the other side into a better place but it's always worth remembering what they taste like, it's always worth remembering what it's like when the big problem hits you in the face because then you can have perspective for all the little problems you deal with on a day to day basis.
