Some years ago, Tony Blair (the then Prime Minister) made a promise at the Labour Party Conference to create access to NHS dentistry on a massive scale.
He didn’t manage it.
I watched this with interest, and Andy Burnham started to map out his future for the NHS and Care.
Nothing about dentistry was mentioned in the headlines.
Act accordingly (or don’t and accept the consequences).
Sometimes it's more important to notice what they don’t say.
