The Myth of Hierarchy

Written by Colin Campbell | 22/03/18 18:00

Outside our practice we have the names of the clinicians on cool little acrylic boards on brush steel (it really is very nice). They’re easy to remove and about 6 months ago in a moment of hyper mania on my way home I unscrewed a few of those and put myself second from the bottom (I was at the top).

Guess how many people noticed?

Correct – none.

Respect, status and ‘position’ should have nothing to do with where your name is on the board and everything to do with how you act. Drip, drip, drip, day after day.
