It’s very, very hard to do dentistry without a dental nurse. It’s equally as hard without a receptionist and if you don’t have a cleaner, you’ll have to clean yourself.
Building a team who feel valued and interested and engaged and think they might have a career that will last longer than 15 minutes is perhaps one of the most important things you can possibly do in your quest to become a business owner of any consequence.
