Remembering what you said

Cheating, lying and stealing are well and good but are generally exhausting.

Remembering what you said to whom and when becomes more and more difficult; the more complex the lie becomes.

Developing a strategy from early on where you tell the truth is just easy and the laziest way to do things.

Tell the truth the first time and then delete the conversation, knowing that when you’re asked a similar question later if you tell the truth, you won’t get yourself into difficulty because it will be the same as it was before.

Sitting in meetings with people who are lying, when you know they are lying and watching them try to extricate themselves from the lies in which they have tied themselves up, is painful for everyone.

Where possible, tell the truth.
