Outsourcing within your business isn’t a sin.
Abdicating the responsibility of the work you do and the things you sell to somebody else and then pretending it’s you, is.
Getting someone better than you to do part of the work is a skill and a talent, not a crime. The crime comes when your company is just an outsourcing portal where you don’t do any of the work and don’t have any pride and just shuffle paper from position to position.
I have been addicted to ‘in sourcing’ and trying to gather everything close to me to control the quality and the experience. Sometimes though, out sourcing is actually the best way forward to give the best experience and products to the people that you seek to serve.
