Not chasing it

This happens a lot to me this, particularly in terms of trying to do my daft training that makes no sense and nobody cares about (Often at times like this, not even me)

And so, I set myself things to do each day, and then inevitably, there are (many) days where I don't do the thing I said I would, I don't do it fully, and then they urge us to go after it the following day, do 2 things, 2 sessions, even harder, even faster so that you can make up for the time that was lost.

Just to be clear, the time isn't lost when you decide to do something else; it's just spent on something else and chasing after the thing you didn't do well, which just leads to destruction and, exhaustion and dissatisfaction.

Talking to myself here, let it go, move along, tomorrow's another day and all that.
