My manifesto

Written by Colin Campbell | 18/08/20 17:00

The sun is shining, it is scorching outside and intermittently I can hear the sound of Callum bouncing his basketball on the drive at the front where he practises.

For ages I’ve been wanting to write this to myself.

What I would like, what I want, what I wish for.

I would like to be able to (continue) to help people, to make it better.

I would like to continue to learn as I do that.

I would like to use the things that I have learnt from my experience and my mistakes to help other people learn a little bit faster and a little bit better.

I would like to make friends from relationships while I do that.

While I do that, I would like it not to destroy and wreck the relationships that I already have (particularly with my family).

I would like to always remember that the making of money (profit) is a by-product of doing this which in turn allows me to do it more, it is not the means in itself.

There I think that’s it.

I think I might have stamped it, at least for the next while.

Answers on a postcard.
