I don’t think that being kind to other people ‘works’ every time.
I think some people don’t accept it very well and some circumstances don’t allow to be deescalated through kindness.
I don’t think it always achieves the aim that I would like or that you might want and I don’t think it’s likely to make you rich.
It’s better than the alternative.
