In the Crisis

In the crisis, one or two things happen...

1. The chicken becomes headless, running in any direction possible with no purpose, no meaning, nowhere to go.
2. Collapse, nothing happens, move forwards, no forward momentum, no progress.

The role of the person who is in charge is to use all of the strength that they have to continue to see the future and to pick up the collapsed and dust them off, put the head back on the chicken so it can at least see where it is going and if it is intent on continuing to run, it runs more in the right direction than not.
