‘How we do things around here’

Written by Colin Campbell | 27/06/22 17:00

It’s an easy way to explain to people what it’s like to be here.

It should come with benefits, an advantage of acting like the rest of the tribe, if it’s not for you though, it’s best to jump.

Setting culture is about saying what we accept and what we don’t.

It’s about explaining the benefits of being here against what we need you to do to keep ‘here’ going.

If you decide to not do it like this, it’s ok but it might be best that you find somewhere that does it like that.
