If all my work were ever easy conversations, it would be easy indeed.
But then the work wouldn't need me to have the difficult conversations, and then I wouldn't have a job.
Also, everybody else would run businesses all the time because it would still be easy to be part of.
Find difficult conversations, learn how to handle them, and then halve them.
Then things will get better.
