Bootcamp Part 2 - The 'How'

Written by Colin Campbell | 25/11/23 18:00

The first part of this blog series introduced the 'what' of the Dental Entrepreneurial Bootcamp by The Campbell Academy.

In this one, I will look at the 'how'.

How do we take delegates who attend the course from Monday at 8 a.m. to Friday at 5 p.m. and through 55 hours of education to a point where they can leave with a three-year business plan and strategy to inform their careers, business development, or business set-up?

The 'how' of the Bootcamp will start some weeks before, where we onboard people to the course in the highest quality way.

This will mean onboarding people to our learning management platform and our Slack platforms and introducing you to the material that we build to make things as slick, quick, and seamless as possible.

The most important introduction on the course will be to your fellow course members who you will get to know before you attend on the first day. None of these first-day nerves attending with people you've never met; you will know your course delegates inside out before you get there.

The second and most important thing you will need to know is about your handbook, your workbook, and how to use the structured digital workbook we provide to take you from ground zero to the top of the mountain by the end of Friday at 5 p.m.

This workbook will become your Bible for the next three years, referencing back to the plans that you've made in conjunction with your peers and coaches on the course to allow you to catapult forward into a different place in your business.

This is the book that takes you to the top 10% of all businesses, the implementable strategic plan that no one either seems to write or stick to.

This will be your Bible to keep you on track.

The course will be a combination of lecture-based material, discussions, projects, working dinners and inspirational interactions.

It will work in different spaces in The Campbell Clinic and Campbell Academy to give you different environments to thrive, and it will combine working dinners in the academy space with external dinners with speakers in other places.

It will culminate with some of the delegates on the course presenting their business plans to the group for discussion on the final day and then leaving after a short celebration with a plan for the future.

Make no mistake, this course is intense; it will perhaps be one of the most intense educational experiences you've ever encountered, and for that reason, please do not come if you are not in for that.

The dynamic of the group must be carried forward from the energy of the group itself.

We cannot have people turning up on this course who think that because they have paid for a course, we can just plug a lead into their head and transfer the information.

You will win on this course by the work you do on the course.

We will give you everything you need to excel moving forward; you just have to reach out and take it.

If this is something which sounds like it could catapult you forward, then why not get in touch for a no-obligation conversation to see if you could be one of the groups in March?
