In the last few weeks on our Instagram feed, we've had 6.7 million views on one of our reels.
You can view it on our Instagram feed here.
The post has had over 40,000 likes and loads and loads of ‘saves’ which I'm told (by people in our place that know much better than me) that that's impressive.
The video itself is just a bit fun which we and the guys at the practice have quite often and share on these pages.
It sounds impressive, like a huge win, like a viral video gone mad but, in the end, and on the face of it, it won't create a great deal of interest.
Also, last week, I sent a very specific invitation email to a very few select clinicians to invite them to our Rony Jung masterclass.
These are guys we've worked with over years, who know us really well and have been to things that we've done before.
The response to that email was amazing with people signing up to come along to an amazing and incredible event (despite the fact that it's not cheap).
In the same week, I sent a personally written email to 3000 patient contacts that we have to just explain to them what's happening in the clinic this month and the things that we're developing and working on. No sales, no hook, no call to action.
There are many, many different ways to talk to your tribe or to make a noise or to do your marketing.
Perhaps best to understand who you're speaking to, what you would like to say, or whether or not you have the permission to do that before you begin to spend loads of money on fancy flashy stuff.
